Scholarship A: Student must be a graduating high school male student from Central Islip High School in Central Islip, New York; and attend Howard University in Washington, D.C. for the freshman year of college.

Scholarship B: Student must be a graduating high school senior from any high school and a member of the Suffolk County Jack & Jill Chapter of Long Island, NY; or must have graduated from the Suffolk County Jack & Jill Chapter of Long Island, NY within the past five years and attend Howard University as an undergraduate or graduate as a full-time student.
