This scholarship is for residents of the East Noble School District in Noble County, Indiana, who will have a high school diploma or equivalent by the end of June. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a need for financial assistance and enroll in a certified one-, two-, three-, or four-year Indiana post high school program.
