Mississippi Institutions of Higher Learning

This scholarship is for graduating Mississippi high school students who will attend a Mississippi public two- or four-year college. To qualify, applicants must have achieved a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA; score a minimum of 20 on ACT (940 on the SAT); be legal residents of Mississippi; and be enrolled full-time at a Mississippi public community college or university. Applicants must also demonstrate leadership abilities through participation in extracurricular activities and demonstrate financial need by completing the FAFSA. To apply, applicants must write an essay (200 words maximum) on the topic: "How do my plans for the future and my college major support the Automotive industry in Mississippi?"
