New Jersey Student Tuition Assistance Reward Scholarship (NJSTARS)

New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (HESAA)

This scholarship is for residents of New Jersey who have been residents for at least 12 consecutive months prior to enrollment. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have achieved the required score on a college placement test to determine college readiness may be eligible. Applicants must apply for all forms of state and federal need-based grants and merit scholarships. Applicants also must be US citizens or eligible non-citizens. Applicants must file the FAFSA.
