NBCC Foundation Colorado Scholarships
NBCC (National Board for Certified Counselors) Foundation
These scholarships are for students currently enrolled in a qualifying master's-level counseling program within the state of Colorado. To qualify, applicants must be in good standing; have completed at least 18 credit hours and carry at least six credit hours during the current semester; reside in a rural area as defined by the HRSA; commit to providing counseling services in a rural area for at least two years after graduation; and commit to apply for the NCC credential prior to graduation. Racially, culturally, and/or ethnically diverse individuals are especially encouraged to apply. Those applying for the minority scholarships are not required to currently reside in a rural area. Each scholarship has different requirements and due dates; see website for additional details.
