The applicant must be a high school graduate from Millstream Career and Technology Center and reside in Hancock, Putnam, Hardin or Wyandot Counties. The applicant must be a full-time or part-time student attending a fully accredited post secondary education institution pursuing a course of study which may include, but not be limited to construction, welding, automotive, engineering or cosmetology while at Millstream and intends to pursue employment in their area of trade or industry.
