This scholarship is for high school seniors who are enrolled at a public high school within the Reading School District in Reading, Pennsylvania. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate academic ability. Scholarships will be awarded based on respective ability, educational goals, financial need, and career ambitions.
