Morency Foster Youth Scholarship

Community Foundation of the Great River Bend

This scholarship is for students in the foster care system who have ties to the service area of the Community Foundation of Great River Bend. One scholarship will be awarded to a student Iowa and one scholarship to a student in Illinois. Applicants must have been in the foster care system for the consecutive 12 months prior to their 18th birthday or for the consecutive 12 months prior to beginning their post-secondary education. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be graduating from high school or receiving GED certification and be enrolled in or accepted into an educational institution/program.
