This scholarship is for seniors at Montoursville Area High School in Montoursville, Pennsylvania. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must attend a four-year college or university; excel in languages, art, or English, exhibit tendencies towards humanitarian endeavors, and be active in social and ecological issues.
