Minnesota Office of Higher Education

This grant is for students from low- and moderate-income families. To qualify, applicants must be Minnesota residents and US citizens or eligible non-citizens. Applicants must be graduates of a secondary school or its equivalent or be 17 years of age, and must plan to be enrolled as undergraduates for at least three credits at one of more than 130 eligible institutions in Minnesota. Applicants may apply for this grant by completing the FAFSA; see website for more details.
