These scholarships are for undergraduate and graduate students seeking education in a human service field. To qualify, applicants must be enrolled in a college or university in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota; have at least a B or 3.0 GPA; demonstrate financial need; and have the ability to successfully complete their program of study.
