Mills River Fire and Rescue Scholarship

Community Foundation of Henderson County

The applicant must be the son, daughter, grandson, granddaughter or stepchild of a current member in good standing, or of a deceased member in good standing at time of his death, of the Mills River Fire and Rescue. This scholarship can also be provided for a member in good standing of the Mills River Fire and Rescue who wishes to pursue their education or training. Applicant must be enrolled as a senior in a public, parochial or private school or be a graduate of such school and intend to enroll in a degree-granting program in an accredited school. Applicant must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better and SAT scores of 900 or better and must demonstrate involvement in extracurricular activities. **You must submit a letter from the organization’s leadership verifying that you meet criteria**
