Miller/Vicars Scholarship

East Tennessee Foundation

This scholarship is for graduating seniors at at the following high schools in Scott County, Virginia: Gate City, Rye Cove, or Twin Springs. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be residents of Scott County, Virginia; demonstrate financial need; enroll full-time at an accredited, not-for-profit college, university, vocational, or trade school; and be US citizens.
