This scholarship is for seniors from Jackson High School in Mill Creek, Washington. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must exhibit the personal character traits that best reflect the ideals of Rotary as represented by the "4-Way Test." Academic abilities, community services, leadership, and personal accomplishments/traits will also be review in the selection process.
