This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who live in Saginaw County, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 2.5 GPA and be pursuing an undergraduate or vocational degree. Selection will be based on financial need; an essay; overall involvement in work, extracurricular activities, and community service; citizenship and character; leadership; and recommendations.
