This scholarship is for residents of Phelps County, Nebraska. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be planning to enroll full-time or be current students at any college, technical, or trade school; demonstrate financial need; and have a GPA of 2.0 or greater. Technical or trade school students enrolled in or planning to enroll in aviation technology or mechanics will be given preference.
