Student must be a graduating high school senior in Texas in the upper 15% of the class; be a Texas resident and citizen of the United States; demonstrate a strong background in science and have performed community service; be of excellent moral character and a member of the Judeo-Christian faith; attend college in the U.S.; study for a career in the healthcare field; and be unable to attend college without financial assistance.
