This scholarship is for students who are residents of Wisconsin and are enrolled in an accredited US institution of post-secondary education. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must write an essay of no more than 550 words that describe their career, vocational, or academic goals.
