John McKee Scholarship Committee

This scholarship is for college-bound, male high school seniors. To qualify, applicants must be fatherless; i.e., whose biological or adoptive father is actually dead or has been declared missing, permanently absent, dysfunctional, or not functioning as a father by a competent authority. Applicants must be residents of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, or Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. Preference will be given to those desirous of obtaining a naval education and training.
