This scholarship is for graduates of Chillicothe High School in Chillicothe, Ohio. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have no less than a "B" average (3.0 on a 4.0 grading scale). To apply for this scholarship, applicants must write a self-expression synopsis of 250 words or more describing themselves, interests, hobbies, and goals.
