MBC-LEO Book Scholarship Award

Michigan Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials (MBC-LEO)

This scholarship is for Michigan high school students and current college freshmen who have been accepted to an accredited college or university. To qualify, applicants must be college freshmen or sophomores by the upcoming fall. Scholarships will be awarded based on political participation, academic achievement, school and community activities, and a personal essay. This scholarship is designated for books.
