This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Fort Atkinson High School in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to engage in a career in a medical field and enroll at a college or university within the state of Wisconsin. Scholarship recipients must maintain a 2.5 GPA in college.
