Community Foundation of the Ozarks

This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Ozark High School in Ozark, Missouri. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be diagnosed with autism and fragile x syndrome. Current school placement records are acceptable proof of diagnosis. Applicants who have a sibling with autism or fragile x syndrome may also apply. Applicants must plan to attend a college and/or vocational training.
