This scholarship contest is for college-bound high school juniors and seniors in California. Applicants must be planning to pursue a degree at an accredited college in the United States and be US citizens or permanent residents of the United States. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must submit an essay in response to the question, "What does your community need to know to support a statewide Death with Dignity law?"
