Foundation for the Carolinas

This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors at Hoke County High School in Raeford, North Carolina. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be legal residents of Hoke County, North Carolina; have a 2.75 minimum cumulative GPA; and plan to attend a four-year college or university.
