Mary Lee Temple taught elementary school and was a woman of great character, integrity, and enthusiasm as evidenced through her professional, personal, and charitable achievements. This scholarship is for female graduating seniors of Peru, Maconaquah, or North Miami High Schools. Applicants must plan to attend an accredited college or university and pursue a degree in the field of elementary education. Involved in school, work, and community and have outstanding character.
