Mary A. Kelly Scholarship
South Carolina State Council of the International Reading Association (SCIRA)
This scholarship is for graduate students working towards a degree in education at a South Carolina college or university. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be a member of the SCIRA, an active member of a local reading council for at least one year, and have at least two years of successful classroom teaching experience.
