The scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who are residents of Logan County, Ohio. This includes high schools in the following districts: Bellefontaine City Schools, Benjamin Logan Local Schools, Indian Lake Local Schools, Jackson Center Local Schools, Ohio Hi-Point JVS, Riverside Local Schools, Ridgemont Local Schools, Sidney City Schools, Triad Local Schools, Upper Scioto Valley Local Scholls, Waynesfield-Goshen Local Schools, West Liberty-Salem Local Schools.
