Applicants Must: • Be high school seniors at Reading High School, Reading, Pennsylvania. • Demonstrate academic achievement and financial need. • Demonstrate traits of high personal character and leadership. • Be planning to attend full-time an accredited, public or private, two-year or four-year, college, university or technical college located in the United States. Additional Desired Qualifications: • Have a minimum cumulative unweighted GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
