Parkersburg Area Community Foundation

This scholarship is for a graduating senior from Parkersburg High School. Selection is based on commitment to field of instrumental music and music-related activities, as demonstrated by participation in orchestra or the Big Red Band and other music-related activities. Preference is given to students interested in majoring in music. Additional consideration given for other music-related activities such as involvement in performing arts groups.
