Mark Howdeshell Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is for residents of Fulton County, Indiana who have lived there at least three years. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be first generation students whose parents or immediate family has no university experience. Applicants must also demonstrate financial need and have worked part-time during high school career. Preference given to applicants who plan to study engineering or a medical field.
