Marjorie A. Pastor, a graduate of Lakeview High School, was a highly respected and dedicated educator in the public schools. She served many years as chairperson of the English department and also as a high school counselor. Throughout her career, she strove to foster integrity, responsibility, honesty, self-direction and intellectual curiosity. Applicants must be Lakeview High School graduating seniors or graduates of Lakeview High School who exhibit evidence of good character and citizenship, industry and effort; ability as indicated by test data and high school grades; intention to pursue a career in an area of Communications (English, Drama, Journalism, etc.).
