This scholarship is for incoming freshmen and current full-time undergraduates who are of Filipino heritage. To qualify, applicants must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area in California, be majoring in journalism, have a 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and be US citizens or permanent residents.
