This scholarship is for residents of Genesee County in Michigan, who are a current or past nominees of The Priority Children's Outstanding Youth Award. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be high school seniors or currently enrolled in post-secondary education. Applicants must be able to document involvement in community service.
