Applicants must be graduating seniors in Benewah County or Latah County, Idaho, and attending either North Idaho College, the University of Idaho or the University of Washington.

Academic achievement, financial need and community service are factors for selection. The application for this scholarship is available beginning the first week of December and due March 1.
