Marcus & Edria Kaufman Memorial Scholarship

Community Foundation Serving Richmond and Central Virginia

This scholarship is for children of City of Richmond Police Officers. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate academic promises and a commitment to community service. Applicants must be candidates for high school graduation at the end of the current academic year and plan to enroll in an accredited four-year university or two-year community college the following year.
