This scholarship is for graduating seniors from a high school in Virginia Beach, Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have been enrolled at Malibu Elementary School for a minimum of two years and in the Virginia Beach School System for a minimum of threeyears. Applicants must plan to enter an accredited college or university as full-time students and have maintained a GPA of C or better for the past four semesters.
