Wayne County Foundation

Eligibility: A Boy Scout, who is a resident of Wayne County, Ohio or a resident of the Killbuck District (which includes Wayne County and Holmes County, Ohio). Boy Scouts outside of Wayne County, Ohio of the Buckeye Council, Boys Scouts of America, may apply, but Wayne County, Ohio residents shall have priority and shall receive the scholarship first if otherwise qualified. Applicant must be a graduating high school senior or student already enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate or two year technical college student, who has proof of an Eagle Scout rank or Life Scout rank in the Boy Scouts of America. Must be a full-time student and have financial need, outstanding community service and academic achievement.
