This scholarship is for graduates of Falconer High School in Falconer, New York. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be undergraduate or graduate students with a handicap condition. Applicants must be documented with an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan classification any time during their high school years at Falconer.
