This scholarship is for graduating seniors of Red Jacket (Manchester-Shortsville) School in Shortsville, New York. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be in the top third of the class, demonstrate financial need, have a good reputation and character, and plan to continue on to a four-year college.
