Louisiana Memorial Scholarship
American Radio Relay League (ARRL) Foundation
This scholarship is for students with a Technician Class radio license or higher. Applicant must be studying International Studies. Preference to an ARRL member and to baccalaureate or higher degree candidates. Academic merit, financial need and interest in promoting Amateur Radio are considered factors.
