Ocean Park Civic League (OPCL)
This scholarship is for graduating seniors from an accredited high school who have been residents of Virginia Beach, Virginia, for at least a year preceding the date of application. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be in good standing, maintain a GPA of at least 2.8, and attend a college or nursing program in the state of Virginia.
