Eligible applicants shall be African American graduating seniors from Battle Creek Central High School. Considerations are: demonstrated service to community, church and/or family, evidence of ability to succeed academically in a college or technical institution, and financial need. Scholarship priority will be given to Urban League of Battle Creek program participants, whenever applicable.
