The Lola Coleman-Ralston Family Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to assist Carrollton High School graduates in obtaining a college education. Candidates will be Carrollton High School students who demonstrate academic merit and financial need; Have a permanent residency in Carroll County, Ohio or who had a permanent residency on the date they began their post high school education. Residents of Fox Township or East Township are to be given priority; Have been accepted at and are planning to enroll, or currently enrolled, at an accredited college, university, or technical school to pursue further education in any program or field of study approved by the Committee.
