This scholarship is for graduating seniors from Rockville High School in Vernon Rockville, Tolland High School in Tolland, or Ellington High School in Ellington, Connecticut; or residents of those towns attending other high schools. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate academic excellence, financial need, extracurricular activities, and community service.
