This scholarship is graduating seniors who attended Rochester High School in Rochester, Indiana, for four continuous years prior to graduation. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a minimum 3.3 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and be involved in work, school, and community. Applicants must be enrolled as full-time students at an accredited college or university.
