Awarded to a graduating high school senior or transferring community college student from Camarillo, Fillmore, Santa Paula, Saticoy, Somis, or Ventura who will enroll fulltime in a 4-year college or university and has a 3.5 or higher GPA. Strong preference in the selection process will be given to applicants who demonstrate a relationship to the Saticoy Poinsettia Club. Prior recipients may re-apply for consideration.
