One-year scholarships for students graduating from Waterloo public high schools. Priority will be given to individuals who have been a part of the Student Violence Program, and/or have had conflicts with authority, but have “turned around” their lives around through a conscious effort and have the desire and credentials necessary to succeed at a college/university in Iowa.
