Orrville High School graduating senior who demonstrates financial need and also may have been overlooked as a scholarship candidate due to their overall "average" academic performance, but has shown continued improvement, increased self-confidence, and improved motivation to succeed in a college, university, or technical school environment. The recipient must be admitted to a college or university in Ohio, preferably a state school. This is a four year scholarship so long as the student maintains a minimum 2.50 cumulative GPA and is enrolled on a full-time basis.
