Provides scholarships to further the education of young men and women who appear to be able, deserving, and in real need of financial assistance in their post-high school education in the fields of either technical, vocational, academic, or professional education, with preference given to students from Martinsville, Henry County, Franklin County, and Pittsylvania County.
